ANN KEITH was born 1828 in Benton County, Arkansas, and died 1877 in Benton County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of William Bird Keith and Sara Ruth May. She married A.M. SMITH Abt. 1844 in Benton County, Arkansas. He was born Abt. 1817 in Missouri, and died 1862 in probably Indian Territory. A.M. Smith served as a corporal in the 38th regiment of the Arkansas infantry. He was probably killed in the civil war as he did not appear on the 1870 census with his family.
