He married MARTHA YORK Abt. 1856 in Texas. She was born October 29, 1841 in Tennessee, and died October 18, 1914 in Hunt, Kerr County, TX. They were buried in Hunt Japonica Cemetery, Kerr County, TX.
Martha York was the daughter of John York. She was sister to William C York, who married Martha Elizabeth Keith, daughter of Abijah Birden Keith. Abijah was Rhoda Keith‘s brother.
